We are proud to announce the completion of a comprehensive design-build project at The Nine at Lexington Station in December 2024. Located at the bustling intersection of University Avenue and Lexington Parkway in St. Paul, MN, this six-story, 304-unit multifamily mid-rise represents a significant addition to the vibrant Midway neighborhood
Our team has delivered an integrated suite of cutting-edge solutions to enhance the functionality, security, and experience for residents and visitors alike. Key components of our scope include:
- Audio and Video Systems: Seamlessly integrated indoor and outdoor AV solutions, including a custom outdoor video wall, enriching community and private entertainment spaces.
- CCTV and Security: A robust CCTV network and advanced door access systems, ensuring safety and convenience for residents.
- Valet Service Technology: A modern valet service solution, streamlining parking and enhancing the guest experience.
