Integrated Automation Design provided consultancy support to Sela Sports to help reorganize and strengthen its Audio, Video & Lighting (AVL) department. The engagement focused on department structure, responsibilities, workflow, technical standards, and project-delivery coordination so the AVL team could operate more consistently across projects and events.

IAD’s role was advisory and organizational, combining practical AVL system knowledge with project-management experience to help align technical operations with Sela Sports’ broader business and event requirements.
